By far, the most popular Special Event at Carymax Pastry Team Championships is the Gala Awards Dinner following the presentation of the awards. The competition ends at 2:00pm, judging begins at 3:00pm, and the Awards Ceremony (with no-host bar) generally begins at 7:00pm, and the Gala Dinner begins immediately upon the conclusion of the awards ceremony. All tickets to the Competition include admission to the Awards Ceremony. Admission to the Gala Dinner requires a separate ticket.

In addition to the Awards festivities, during past events, the organizers jhave offered special VIP Events Tickets Packages that include behind-the-scenes access, special dessert buffets, and more.
